The website features dedicated sections such as ‘Happy Landlords’ and ‘Happy Homeowners’ video testimonials, an introduction to the visionary founder, and initiatives focused on supporting local communities.
Each project page acts as a dynamic microsite — showcasing an overview, gallery, amenities, floor plans, location map with Google integration, and an inquiry form. Key functionalities also include Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection and real-time email notifications for incoming leads.
